Scribble & Scratch with Blank Page Muse

Hi, welcome to The Blank Page Muse Blog Hop! Today I am featuring a new stamp set by Pam Bray Designs. Isn’t it gorgeous? This stamp set is available now at Blank Page Muse.

I have made two projects using this stamp. The first one is a journal page. Here is how I made it.

I began by coating a piece of cardstock with gesso. I allowed that to dry before spraying with Patina Tattered Angels Mist and Adirondak Colorwash in Sail Boat Blue.

I let that sit for a minute and then placed a sheet of paper towel on top to absorb the excess.

I then stamped both sizes of the rose stamps on in the top half of the page.

I colored them and added stems.

I stamped more roses on cardstock, colored them and them and then went over them with my glitter pen and Diamond Stickles. When they were dry, I cut them out.

I added Distress Stickles (Peeled Paint) to the stems of the flowers.

Meanwhile, I used another stamp and stamped a repeating pattern on a piece of cardstock.

When dry, I cut out a picket fence and used foam tape to attach to the page.

To finish off, I used foam tape to stick on flower heads and also added a quote on the fence.

The Finished Journal Page

My second project is a simple yet elegant card. I began by stamping the image on a piece of cardstock and embossing with pewter embossing powder.

I mounted it on cream cardstock and then on more purple.

The final step was attaching it to a card.

Here is the finished card.

I hope you enjoyed my projects. Be sure to stop by other blogs on the hop.
