This little lady just popped out of me! I started with a wire armature and formed the shape with aluminum foil. I used Das Clay to cover the entire sculpture and put it aside to dry. I painted it with acrylic paints and cut circles and squares out of scrap fabric and paper to make a beautiful decoupaged dress. Going for the Klimt look 🙂
Das clay, an air dry clay readily available online and in art stores. Any type of air dry clay will do though. I work with La Doll Clay, Premier Clay and Creative Paper Clay in addition to Das Clay. They all have their place.
